Payment Policy
If your card provider refuses or does not authorize a payment, 2HIGH is not responsible for any delay in processing or delivery. All card transactions are securely processed through the financial institution selected during checkout.
Orders are delivered only to the cardholder (not to third parties) upon presentation of both the physical card and a valid ID.
Products remain the property of 2HIGH until full payment has been completed.
Placing an Order
Shopping Bag
Browse our product list and add your desired items to the shopping bag.
From the shopping bag page, you may:
- Review selected items
- Update quantities
- Remove items
- Return to product details for further review
When ready, proceed to checkout.
Checkout Process
At any step, you may select “Back” or “Continue” to review or correct information.
Step 1 | Account & Billing Information
Enter all required personal and billing details. Ensure that all information is accurate.
Step 2 | Shipping Instructions
Select one of the available shipping carriers for your location.
Step 3 | Payment Method
Choose one of the following:
a) Credit Card (via Alpha Bank)
After confirming your order, you will be redirected to Alpha Bank’s secure payment form to complete your transaction.
You will receive:
- Order Received email
- Order Confirmed email – indicating our team has verified your order and the transaction was successful
- Order Shipped email – including your tracking number
b) PayPal
After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.
You will receive the same sequence of confirmation and shipping emails as listed above.
Step 4 | Place & Confirm Order
You may include an optional note for any important details regarding your order.
Finalize your purchase by clicking “Confirm Purchase.”
Verification & Shipping
For security purposes, 2HIGH may require additional verification to ensure that the order was placed by the cardholder.
Verification is completed via the email used to place the order.
If no reply is received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.
Verification may delay shipment if responses are not timely.
Order Tracking & Status
Your tracking number will be included in the Order Shipped email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

- UPS
Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Policy
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Hats, beanies, boxers, briefs, and socks are non-returnable.
Returns
- Start your return by completing the online return form.
- Write your order number (#) clearly on the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki or UPS location.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made for one or more products of equal or greater value.
- Begin by filling out the return form.
- Select the product(s) you wish to receive.
- You will receive a message confirming availability.
If unavailable → you may proceed with a standard return.
If available → the item(s) will be reserved for you. - The exchange takes place with the courier:
You return the original parcel when you receive the replacement. - Write your order number (#) clearly on the outside of your package.
- The cost of the first exchange only is covered by 2HIGH; additional exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
