Payment Policy

In case your card company refuses or does not authorize the payment, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery. Applications are welcome from all cards and charges are posted under the safe mechanism of the respective financial institution you choose during the payment process. The items are delivered only to the holder of the credit card (not a third party) by showing the card and ID. Until full payment of the purchase price, the items remain to the property of 2high.




Place an order

Choose your items from the product list and place them in the shopping bag. After you have added an item to your shopping bag, you will be prompted to review it. Here, you may review all items in your shopping bag, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.




Checkout

Fill in the order information, such as payment method, shipping method, shipping address and notes for the order. Inspect the overall layout of the order, agree to the Terms and Conditions and give the final order.At each step of the above there is an option of going «Back» or to «Continue» to correct errors before placing orders.

Choose one of the available shippers to your location.

3| Payment Method

Choose how you would like to pay:

a) Cash on Delivery.After placing an order with "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method, you will receive an email with your order information. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon approval of your order by our personnel. A third email (Order Shipped) will be sent to you stating the package tracking number when the package has left our shop.

b) Credit Card via Alpha Bank.After placing and confirming the order (Step 4) with "Credit Card" as the payment method you will be redirected to the Alpha Bank form to fill your information and complete the transaction. An email will be sent to you with your order information and another one upon confirmation. The second email (Order Confirmed) states that the order has been seen by our personnel and the transaction was successful. A third email (Order Shipped) will be sent to you stating the package tracking number when the package has left our shop.


c) PayPal.After placing and confirming the order (Step 4) with "PayPal" as the payment method you will be redirected to Paypal to fill your information and complete the transaction. An email will be sent to you with your order information and another one upon confirmation. The second email (Order Confirmed) states that the order has been seen by our personnel and the transaction was successful. A third email (Order Shipped) will be sent to you stating the package tracking number when the package has left our shop.

4| Place & Confirm Order

You may write a note for anything important about the order. Finish your order by clicking the Confirm Purchase Button.




Verification and Shipping

When placing your order, please note that we may require further verification of your order to ensure that orders are authorized by the cardholder. Verification will be completed via the email from which the order was placed. If a response is not given to our inquiries the order will be cancelled within a 48 hour period of first contact. Verification may be required for a multitude of reasons and at the discretion of our company. This verification may delay the shipment of your order if a timely response is not given.

Your order's tracking number will be attached at the shipping confirmation email which will you receive as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges


Return & Exchange Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed in the original packaging. Merchandise must have all tags attached.
Hats , beanies, boxers and socks cannot be returned.


Return

1) Start your return by filling the form

2) Please write your order number # on the outside of the package.

3) Drop off the package at your nearest Geniki Taxydromiki or UPS location.


Exchange

Exchange of a purchased item can be made for one or more products of equal or greater value.

1) Start your return by filling the form

2) Choose one product or more.

3) You will receive a message notifying of the product/s availability. If the product/s is/are unavailable you may proceed to a return. If the product/s is/are available it/they will be held for you.

4) Exchange occurs with the courier; Upon receipt of the new parcel the old parcel is given back to the courier.

5) Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

6) Please note that our company covers the cost of the first exchange only. Additional exchanges are at the customer's own expense.




Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
